Sweet Cherry Publishing was founded in 2011 and is an award-winning independent children’s book publisher based in Leicester. We believe that all children should have access to great stories and endeavour to break down the barriers which often get in the way of reading. We specialise in fun books for reluctant readers and aim to increase literacy rates and promote reading for pleasure. We are a positive and fun team with kindness, success and collaboration at the core of our values. We are proud to represent our authors and are passionate about sharing fun, easy-to-read illustrated stories with children of all abilities and backgrounds.
Clock Tower Publishing
Clock Tower Publishing was launched in 2021 and is a trade imprint of Sweet Cherry Publishing. We champion new, marginalised and diverse voices in publishing, inspired by our multicultural Leicester heritage. We aim to bring our readers a range of high-quality fiction that authentically showcases the diverse and inclusive world we live in while leaving them hooked into a compellingly great story. From fantasy fiction to future classics, we’re dedicated to creating a great list of quality trade fiction that’s championed by its authors and illustrators alongside a diverse team of book lovers.
